Why is Power Pad a unique solution?

The Power Pod is powered by a seventh generation Intel i5 core Skylake processor with 8GB of RAM. The device is built in accordance with the latest Windows 10 Pro operating system.

The Power Pad comes with an integrated EyeTech TM5 eye tracking camera. The camera has a large gaze tracking range that allows users with involuntary head movements to control their gaze.

Since the Power Pad is designed in such a way that a person can use it every day, the large battery allows up to 15 hours of continuous computer use, or up to 9 hours with the ability to control the view.

The Power Pad has a 13.3" HD screen. The glass panel that covers it facilitates its cleaning and maintenance.

The Power Pad produces loud, high-quality sound, so the user can effectively convey their message in a variety of environments.

Grid 3 software

The Power Pad comes with Grid 3 communication software included , which includes a wide range of resources and is intended for people of all ages and literacy levels. Grid 3 allows users to do more than just send messages – users can stay in touch with family and friends via e-mail, text messages or Facebook, entertain themselves with music, YouTube or the built-in camera and stay connected with an accessible web browser.

Installation and positioning options

The different installation and positioning options of the Power Pad allow users flexibility in different environments. The device is compatible with Rehadapt and Daessy plates for placing the device on wheelchairs.

Additional options

The Power Pad has a hidden magnetic mounting point for the SmartNAV mouse at the top edge of the screen. Also, the device contains 2 USB ports that allow the use of any alternative access to the computer – for example, the Quha Zono gyroscopic mouse.
