How is the Memory of a Little Connoisseur used?
The main menu offers the possibility of choosing the category in which we want to play memory. The categories offered are Fruits and vegetables, Animals, Vehicles, Clothing and Body parts . By selecting the desired category, a memory with elements belonging to that category is opened. The cards with the elements are placed face down, so the goal is to choose the cards, remember what is shown on them and match those with the same shown elements, and all the steps mentioned affect the development of the ability to notice similarities and differences and understand the rules according to which we pair the elements.
It is possible to choose the number of pairs of cards that you want to use when playing, thus adapting the game to the child's capabilities and needs. Also, it would be good if, when opening the cards, the teachers name the displayed elements in order to influence the child's acquisition of new concepts and vocabulary enrichment.
